Ma Haizeng, chairman of HEBEI KangYuan Islamic Food CO., LTD, born in Qiu county, Handan city, Hebei province, is a member of the China Democratic Revolutionary Party. In 2015, he was awarded the title of “The Ninth National Leader for Rural Youth Getting Rich” by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Agriculture. In Zhongnanhai, he was warmly received by Wang Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese people’s Political Consultative Conference and then vice premier of the State Council. He is a deputy to the 13th, 14th and 15th National People’s Congress of Handan city, Hebei province, as well as a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National People’s Congress, and a member of the Rural Economy Committee of the 15th National People’s Congress of Handan.
As a young Hui entrepreneur, with the development of Chinese minority enterprises as own duty, Mr Ma dedicates himself to global popularization of Chinese segmentation of halal meat, taking halal meat with the best quality to each Chinese family. Moreover, he won tremendous titles such as “Top 10 Chinese Muslim Entrepreneur Person of the Year”, “Hebei Rural Youth Talent ” , “Outstanding Enterprise Integrity Construction Worker in Heibei”, “Excellent Entrepreneur of Hebei Animal husbandry Association ”. In addition, Mr Ma also serves as vice president of import and export branch of the China Meat Association, honorary president of the China Master Club, deputy secretary general of the Islamic Association of the Hebei province, vice president of the Hebei Animal Husbandry Association, vice president of the Hebei People’s Promotion Association, and member of the Leading Enterprise Association of Agricultural Industrialization of Hebei.
